When making a purchase at the Maritávora store, the user declares to be over 18 years old and not to have any legal impediment and / or restriction that prevents him from purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Deliveries in mainland Portugal are carried out between 24 and 48 working hours after ordering, on working days between 09:00 and 18:00 hours. If you want to deliver outside these hours you should contact us to agree a different time.
Delivery times for the Autonomous Regions, as well as abroad, may vary depending on each order.
Maritávora is responsible for delivering the goods in good condition.
All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis after payment confirmation. In case of a total or partial, temporary or definitive order break, we will contact the customer to analyze solutions. The customer will always have the possibility to return the payment without any penalty.
All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal rate in force.
Shipping costs are those indicated at the time of ordering.

In shipments abroad, we are not responsible for any costs or merchandise retained at customs in the country of destination, these costs being borne by the customer.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION:
The Consumer may cancel his order at any time, until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the consumer, the consumer will be able to exercise his right of free resolution under the legal terms provided for and indicated below,
namely, in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Failure to pay the order within 5 working days will automatically cancel it.
The Consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, counting from the day following the confirmation of payment of the order, without the need to indicate any reason.
In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
EFFECTS OF FREE RESOLUTION:
In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made (with the exception of return costs) will be refunded, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed decision to terminate this contract.
We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
In the event of termination, it is the exclusive responsibility of the consumer to bear the cost of returning the goods.
The Consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he informed the free termination of the contract, considering that the same is respected if the Consumer returns the goods before the end of that period. within 14 (fourteen) days.

When returning items, the Consumer must respect the following conditions:
· Restitution of articles in good condition, without any indication of refrigeration, damage to labels, capsules, bottles, original cases, among others;
· Return the items in the box and the original protection foam / s, in order to guarantee the security of the shipment;
· All items will be checked on arrival and only those who respect the return conditions will be accepted for return, otherwise they will be returned to the recipient.
